Do you struggle to regulate your emotions and you do not understand why, then therapy can help you explore why you have unhelpful patterns of behaviour. This may relate to early life experiences.
I use of Cognitive Behaviour therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desentisation) for trauma based presentations and Schema therapy for childhood experiences. During our first consultation we will collaboratively discuss which type of therapy is right for you. I will ask you what it is you want from therapy via an initial assessment.

EMDR (Eye Movement Dessentisation and reprocessing
EMDR is a therapy often used (but not exclusively) when someone has experienced trauma either from early life experiences or single one off incidents. This is one of the therapies I offer to anyone wanting to delve deeper into their traumatic experiences. I can offer this either online or face to face.
