I am a central London-based BACP accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I am also a trained coach so weave these two skills into my practice. I specialise in relationships – the most critical being the relationship we have with ourselves, but also our partner, siblings, parents, our children, friends and work colleagues. I also specialise in helping people in highly demanding jobs. I used to work in corporate consultancy and so know first-hand the stresses of such an unforgiving career.
