All people, have the basic expectations and the desire to be listened to, understood, and helped. This is not always common. However this is exactly what I offer in a calm, genuine way. I help with addictions and neurodiversity in its may forms. Addiction and neurodiversity can be linked or seen individually. Using one to help with the other is common. I have personal experience with these difficulties and understand them at my core. There are difficulties that underlie each and every one of us. Some are very obvious and some we hide hoping no one will notice. This can be very tiring and eventually a huge burden that we carry.
With me as your therapist I already have a good understanding of addictions and neurodiversity and all the stigmas that go with that through personal experience. These stigmas can be very damaging to us. However in my experience everybody has the ability to be the best version of themselves in this world of ours, regardless of others.
I am a degree level qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) with a wealth of experience working with clients and there difficulties. I am experienced with many forms of addiction and neurodiversity which is not only read but lived through my own experience.
