I have worked in CBT based therapies for the last 10 years in NHS settings and I currently work as a CBT Team Leader for an NHS service alongside my private work. My aim is always to deliver quality therapy that addressed the problem at the root cause.
I really understand that the idea of starting therapy is daunting and stressful. Over the years I have developed an approach to therapy which promotes a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where clients can feel comfortable with the fact that no judgement will be formed based on what's said in session.
