I am a qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience in supporting, mentoring and coaching people struggling with their mental and emotional health. I offer brief solution focused therapy helping clients to feel better quickly, experiencing a positive difference even from the first session. My life experience is wide: from startups, corporates to charity, but always involved in helping people and supporting mental and emotional health. Family is a big value for me, I am blessed to have been married for 40 years have 3 grown children and 4 wonderful grandchildren.
I have many years of experience in working with people with PTSD and C-PTSD, and have helped many people both men and women, overcome past traumas and move away from unhealthy coping strategies such as addictions and substance misuse. I specialise in supporting people who have suffered religious or spiritual abuse and trauma.
