Modern life is busy and can be challenging for many of us at some time in our lives. Anxiety, depression and other difficulties can get in the way of living the life that we want, and it can be hard to figure out what to do for the best. Working with an experienced therapist who'll listen in a non-judgemental way to help you understand your problems, what might have caused them or be keeping them going, and what you could do differently can make a huge difference.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years' experience of working in the NHS, and more recently private practice, working with people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of difficulties. I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic models and tools to individualise therapeutic work to the specific needs and goals of clients.
I work collaboratively with clients so that together we gain a better understanding of your difficulties, needs and goals from therapy. Based on our initial understanding of the problem we'll decide together what approach is likely to be most helpful, drawing on your individual strengths and preferences and my knowledge of therapy.
