I support clients struggling with family trauma, social anxiety and health issues. You may have found that over time the coping strategies you previously relied on have stopped working and patterns of behaviour from the past are holding you back. You may feel isolated and worn down by these old habits, no longer able to cope in the way you used to as it becomes harder to put a brave face on what is an increasingly challenging situation. Working together, with empathy and without judgement, in a safe, supportive and confidential environment, we can explore your experience and help you to find a better way forward that brings you joy.
I've lived with Parkinson’s Disease for over 30 years. It has been a challenging journey and that’s why I am so passionate about supporting people who find themselves in any state of emotional distress. I know it is possible to get past the pain and to live the life you want. You are important and you deserve to be happy. I am here to help you achieve that.
You may have a clear idea of why you want to start therapy or you may wish to start because you feel confused and overwhelmed by emotions you are struggling to identify. Maybe you are looking for one or two sessions to address a specific issue or looking for longer term support. Whatever you are bringing and wherever you are starting from, I am here to help.
