Work with children involves the use of play equipment. Work with adolescents and adults follows a more traditional talking therapy format. I offer short term and open-ended therapy. I also offer parent consultations for parents struggling to understand their children and adolescents. I do not offer adult couples therapy.
I offer a psychoanalytic approach to work - this focuses on meaning and unconscious motivation and dynamics in relationships that can result in a range of mental health difficulties, stuckness in life, anger, fear and unhappiness that we struggle with at various stages of our life.
