We live in a culture that promotes the idea of strong, powerful individuals who live picture perfect lives. There is little room for showing our vulnerability, or our need for connection. In our sessions I can help you explore what is difficult for you in your life and in your relationships. With a therapeutic relationship built on earned trust there will be the time and space to explore the impact the past is having on your present experience and the opportunity to shift and change into new ways of being.
I know it can feel really daunting to 'take the plunge' and to find a counsellor.
