You may be looking for a counsellor/psychotherapist who can work with you if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms, relationship issues or major life changes...with a range of skills and over 17 years experience of offering therapy, I can provide a safe space to explore and make sense of these challenges.
My training was broad and based on a variety of therapeutic approaches, plus over the years I have trained to facilitate mindfulness courses and also in EMDR therapy, so I can bring some specific approaches as well as elements from CBT and other techniques.
