Hello my name is Patrice Buée. I can support you with a range of issues to help work through grief and loss including symptoms of depression, low mood and anxiety. Family issues, relationship challenges, work related issues and long term health problems are explored using a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I have experience in providing therapy to both adults and young people of secondary school age (10 years old and upwards).
I take a compassionate approach that is based on person centred counselling, this means you are able to explore your experience fully in an open way, to externalise any issues that have been causing distress. A mindfullness approach that supports positive self care is a part of this process to ensure you feel heard and understood.
