Since training to be a counsellor I have worked with families who are experiencing issues around children growing up and away,I've also worked with young people who experience many mental health issues including anxiety,bereavement,bi-polar.Its very important to find someone who is empathic and understanding of the issues that we face today and in the future
I trained to be a counsellor as I was previously a mental health housing officer working with a variety of issues including self-harm,suicidal ideation and domestic violence but to name a few.I can relate and understand the issues that parents and families have to deal with. Our health is important to us not just on the outside but the inside also.
