I work with children, families and adults who present with a range of difficulties including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and anger. My therapeutic approaches include: Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) Integrative therapy Systemic therapy Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I carry out a comprehensive psychological assessment in order to develop a shared understanding of an individual’s difficulties and using this information, I develop a person-centred psychological intervention to help an individual achieve their goals.
I am committed to and passionate about helping individuals cope with the difficulties they may face in life. I aim to provide a therapeutic space where individuals feel comfortable and respected at all times.
