Do you want to talk about the big stuff? Does it feel like it’s too big sometimes, and that it’ll make the people around you treat you differently? It deserves time, attention, and respect, just like you. I want to be gentle with whatever process you are going through. I don’t know if you’re like me yet, but I’ve had enough of the world’s unkindness.
I want to listen to your experience of life so that we can both develop a greater understanding of you, and how to navigate the world with self-compassion. I offer person-centred, trauma and addiction focused therapy. I work closely with your process, your language, to build a solid a consistent relationship with you that serves your growth and healing.

I offer free 15 minute introductory sessions online to give you the chance to say hello and ask any questions before deciding to work with me. My availability is daytime Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I also offer phone sessions.
