I tend to see individuals when they feel stuck or are facing certain challenges in their lives. Therapy can also be helpful at any point of our lives. I work with my clients, to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and how they relate to others. What I have seen time and time again, is that gaining a new understanding of what is going on, an individual is able to make different choices for themselves, leading to a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
