I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist accredited to The National Counselling Society, I offer professional help and support to individuals, including young people from 11 year and above and also couples. My aim is to keep my prices as low as possible, as I believe everyone should be able to access counselling. It is well documented in the media that mental health issues are on the increase. I appreciate that financial pressures can also have a huge impact on our lives, adding to stress and anxiety.
I have experience in many areas of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, self-harm and abuse. I have 17 years experience working with children and young adults.
Counselling can help us find an understanding into why some of our behaviours have an impact on our lives. My work with clients can be long or short term, I offer a trusting, confidential, friendly, safe and relaxing environment.
