I have worked with issues such as relationships, depression and anxiety, bereavement and loss, family, childhood experiences, gender and cultural identity, infertility and significant life changes such as losing a job or relocation. I have worked for many years for the NHS and in private setting. I work with individuals, couples and family members. I am a qualified and experienced generic, DIT and Infertility supervisor.
My work is psychodynamic and relational focused. I offer counselling to individuals and couples. I also offer counselling to people who experience infertility. I offer Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy as well as open ended therapy.
I encouraged reflection on and exploration of issues that have led you to seek help . My aim is to help you better understand your problems, consider your options and assist you in reaching your own decisions about how to handle your concerns.
