I also offer Auricular Acupuncture & Reiki which can be combined with counselling, each other or alone. These both help release painful emotions indirectly, and mentally prepare you for counselling.

I'm experianced in working with those effected by Addiction and Domestic Violence & recognise that you & your circumstances are unique & will treat you so. Auricular Acupuncture treats mental and physical withdrawal syptoms when reducing alcohol, drugs (illegal & prescription), sugar, caffiene.
