Welcome. I'm an Integrative therapist drawing from a range of therapeutic ideas and approaches in order to offer an individual service to each of my clients accorrding to their needs. I work in a relational way, meaning that I see therapy as a joint venture, an alliance in which I try to facilitate clients in understanding themselves, their needs and their difficulties - whatever may be getting in the way of achieving their goals and enjoying their lives. I also help clients to navigate the emotionally painful and challenging experiences that life brings to us all, to process past traumas and to explore relationship issues.
As a highly trained therapist with twenty years of experience I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Having worked for various charities and in private practice, I specialise in working with trauma, sexual violence and dissociative disorders. I am particularly interested in loss and depression, and using creative approaches.
