I have experience in helping people with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, troubling thoughts and feelings, panic attacks, trauma, sexual abuse and suicidal thoughts. I particularly enjoy working with couples and individuals to help improve relationships.
I offer a free initial conversation by phone or online, so we can both decide if we are a good fit for each other, as I believe that the relationship between us is a huge part in helping you to become the fullest expression of yourself. I am also offering a limited number of spaces with reduced rates for those on benefits or with a low income.
