Hello. I am an experienced integrative therapist offering sessions in blocks of six to eight weeks, focussing on a specific issue in a targeted way. Perhaps you are reading this because you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the way forward. Perhaps you are having difficulties relating to career, relationships or family life, or with emotions such as anger, anxiety or low mood. You might be struggling with addictions, with life changes or transitions, or you might be suffering with a sense of alienation or a crisis of meaning in your life. Although I also offer longer-term work, the experience of targeted therapy can be transformative. My sessions integrate counselling, mindfulness, and coaching, and I provide free audio recordings and other resources. As well as exploring issues verbally, I use interactive dynamic guided meditation to connect you with your own wisdom, guidance and insight.
Whatever you are facing, I am here to help you move forward, with dignity and courage. As Reinhold Niebuhr's serenity prayer eloquently states, the key to life is to cultivate "the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference".
