Hello, welcome to my page. My name is Rebecca Bullen. Founder & Clinical Director of The Wellness Hub & Olivia Rose Therapy. I am a fully qualified Counsellor & Supervisor with over 15 years experience of working with Children, Young people and adults who have faced many different mental health difficulties. In our lifetime, we will all experience difficult and challenging times where we feel we need that extra support, and sometimes do not feel comfortable to share our feelings with those closest to us. It can often be difficult to share our thoughts and feelings with our loved ones and that's where I can help.
I have a wealth of experience working with both Children and Adults. I have previous experience of working with many different issues, some examples are; anxiety and depression, addiction, relationship troubles, anger issues, trauma, bereavement, self harm and abuse. I also provide play therapy for children, couples/relationship therapy & family therapy.
I offer face to face & online therapy. I aim to offer you a warm, understanding and non-judgemental space, to take time and make sense of what’s happening. I aim to help you to gain control over areas of your life that you may be unhappy with or uncertain about. My sessions are tailored to suit each persons needs, using integrative skills and knowledge.
