Hello and welcome. Is therapy right for you, right now? Perhaps you don't know, and that's okay. Perhaps you're feeling stressed, anxious or depressed and just need someone to listen. I have a BACP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling and over 6 years clinical experience.
Located in Fleet Street EC4Y, Abbey Wood SE2 and Brockley SE4 for in-person counselling & psychotherapy. £75 - £95 per 50 minute session, depending on income. Some low cost slots available. Disabled access only in Abbey Wood. I also deliver online when necessary.
I am trained in Integrative Psychotherapy, which means that I apply different theoretical models to the way that I think and work. This includes how we can safely guide the sometimes conflicting parts of your inner-world into an integrated, harmonious whole. Qualities I bring into the therapy room include curiosity, kindness, humour and respect.
