I'm experienced in supporting clients to come through experiences of anxiety, depression and many other common issues that prompt people to seek therapy. I also have a strong clinical interest in the spiritual and this extends to so-called altered states of consciousness and the integration of experiences of this nature.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist. This means that the way I work draws from a number of different approaches to therapy (humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, transpersonal, somatic). In practical terms, I will help you feel supported so we can explore the issues you bring, at a pace that’s right for you.
