| Русский I am a fully trained and qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a First-Class BA (Hons) degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling, Middlesex University. I use different therapeutic approaches (psychodynamic, person-centred, Gestalt, CBT) depending on your individual needs. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where I can help you explore your struggles and find ways to improve your emotional well-being. In the last 7 years I have been working with a wide range of clients in a GP surgery. I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework. I am fully insured.
I work with anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, work related stress, health problems, panic attacks, self-harm, etc. I offer a free, no-obligation phone consultation before we meet. I offer short & long term therapy in English, Ukrainian & Russian. Free, off-road parking. I also provide a walk and talk therapy (in the park).
