I work with adults, children and young people to overcome obstacles and difficulties that may be preventing them from moving forward with their lives. I offer an integrative approach to my therapy bringing in a number of techniques that are matched to the needs of my client as I do not believe there is a 'one size fits all' approach within therapy.
