I am a BACP registered counsellor and adhere to their code of ethics and good practice. I work both short and long term but you are not committed to any set number of sessions.
Counselling has been described as the process of holding a mirror up to your life thereby allowing you to see things from a different perspective. It is very much a collaborative process with my person centered roots I firmly believe you are the expert in your life and have the capability to heal and live in a more authentic way.
