In counselling, I hope to support you to explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour so that you develop more self-awareness and become closer to your true self, resulting in a shift from disconnect and anxiety to connection and an increased sense of self-worth. I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor and also a counselling tutor. I have experience of working both with adults on a one-to-one basis and children within schools. As a counsellor, I have helped clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationships. I pride myself on my down-to-earth, honest and empathic approach.
