Hi, I'm Nisha, a Psychologist in Northampton. I’ve dedicated myself to working with children and adults with a range of emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges - over the last 20 years. I help those I work with to break habitual negative thought and behavioural patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to support those with mental health concerns to reframe their life situation and to live the best version of their lives possible. I offer diagnostics assessments for dyslexia, dyscalculia, and Irlen Syndrome, sound healing, and a vast range of psychological therapies. These include EFT, EMDR, CBT, guided visualisation.
I work with parents, employers, and young adults in education providing support, guidance, and training on all matters relating to learning and emotional challenges. I am based in Northampton, and offer services online, in schools, and within the workplace.
I believe neither mental health nor learning challenges should be a barrier to anyone's education or employment.
