Hello! I am Nisa, I am a BACP registered and accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor. I completed four years of rigorous training in psychodynamic counselling at the Counselling Foundation and also trained at the University of Hertfordshire. I am also an experienced Bereavement Counsellor trained at Cruse Bereavement Care.
In my practice, I have helped clients with a broad range of concerns, anxiety, addictions, depression, bereavement, childhood abuse, shame, anger, low self-esteem, narcissistic injuries, victims of crime, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorder, body dysmorphia and relational trauma created through family dynamics.
