Do you need to talk? Life can sometimes feel challenging and difficult. Perhaps you feel worried or anxious but don’t quite know why, what to do or how to move forward. Maybe you wish that you could share your problems with someone who listens, emphasises with how you feel and accepts you for who you are in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Counselling can offer you a path to understanding yourself better and from that awareness make positive changes that align with the person who you want to be. I understand that reaching out to a counsellor for the first time can feel scary and I am here to walk alongside you.
I am a person-centred counsellor and offer in-person therapy from a lovely room in Central Marlow and home-visits to clients aged 12 and over. Additionally I offer online counselling to clients age 16 and above. I offer you a confidential and safe space which enables you to talk and explore your problems at a time and pace that feels right for you.
You may have a specific idea of what you would like to change in your life or you might be unsure about what you want right now and how to get there. Together we create a space for you that allows you to get to know yourself on a deeper, more authentic level and with that understanding move more positively, confidently and creatively forward in life.
