I work with adults, couples and young people and love seeing a person walk away more relaxed, and in a better place. Counselling is all about you and finding your own answers.
I work from a person-centred base but include areas from other modalities I have learned along the way to provide you with counselling that is individually tailored to your needs. As a registered member of the BACP, I work in adherence to the Ethical Framework for good practice and undertake regular CPD.
We are all unique and I would like to offer that being Person-Centred trained, it is not one size fits all. Counselling is about you, finding your answers in a way that suits you and I am able to provide the safe, calm space needed for you to feel valued and truly heard to explore what is going on for you.
