Whatever is going on for you right now is important. I'm a warm, welcoming therapist who will make you feel listened to, understood and supported. You may be feeling anxious, depressed or stuck. You can learn some helpful strategies from the very first session to support you while we work out and start to resolve what is causing you to feel that way. Our sessions will be based on what works best for you, drawing on different approaches to meet your needs: e.g. psychodynamic therapy for behaviours rooted in the past; Rewind therapy for trauma; humanistic to work on your identity and sense of fulfilment.
My specialist focus is clients who have experienced difficult past events such as childhood neglect or bullying. Your past might be holding you back and affecting your work life, your parenting or your relationship. We can get to the root of what is affecting you. The first contact might seem difficult but you will be welcomed with understanding and support.
My key focus is to help clients recognise their strengths and abilities to manage problems, embrace challenges, and develop more fulfilling relationships.
