I have significant experience working with individuals with big emotions, suicidal/self-harming thoughts, relational difficulties, mood swings, feelings of emptiness, fears of abandonment, impulsivity, low mood, and anxiety. I tend to use an integrative approach, drawing on schema therapy and DBT skills, to tailor the therapy to your individual needs.
