Midlife can be a challenging time, where lots of pressure points converge, be it parenting teens (or adjusting to an empty nest), looking after older parents, negotiating menopause (yours or a significant other's) or just feeling like you're not where you want to be in your career. It's easy to get lost in other people's needs. But it's important to retain our sense of self, and not lose sight of our own goals and aspirations.
I specialise in helping people navigate midlife so they can flourish and lay the foundations for a fantastic 'second half'. I am a coaching psychologist with a focus on midlife wellbeing, identity and performance and I'm passionate about positive psychology.
