Deciding to come to Counselling can take real courage. It may be that you have had a traumatic life event or you may be feeling low, depressed, anxious or feel that something just "isn't right". You may need a safe, confidential and non judgmental space to come and and explore your feelings. You may need short term therapy to focus on specific goals or you may need longer term therapy to work through more difficult issues. Whatever your needs, we can discuss this at the beginning of therapy, so that you get the best out of your Counselling experience.
I am an experienced Counsellor, registered and accredited with the B.A.C.P. I have a particular interest in working with trauma and am a qualified EMDR Therapist. I am passionate about the benefits that therapy can bring to your well-being and offer therapy for a wide range of issues. I pride myself on being a non judgmental and professional counsellor.
