I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor, Child and Adolescent Integrative Psychotherapist, Group Facilitator and Supervisor working in Enfield, North London. Either One to One, in open-ended therapy, or solution-focused short-term therapy depending on what is suitable for you at the present time.
I can help with a wide range of difficulties including trauma, anxiety, relationship, family, separation, and depression. Together we can explore the issues that are troubling you. I will provide a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space that will help us develop a unique therapeutic relationship that brings insight and understanding.
I facilitate the work, employing talking therapy alongside a variety of creative art techniques including sand, clay, and embodiment to help with self-expression and self-awareness. I hold a full enhanced DBS and follow the Child Protection regulations. I work to the ethical standards of my accrediting organisations: the UKCP and the BACP.

Supervision
Group supervision - There is space for two new supervision groups of up to 4 supervisees to start as soon as required in Enfield Town. I work in an integrative way using creative and embodied mediums with a psychodynamic analytic base. I have experience working with adults, CYP, parents and groups. Working in a collaborative way with supervisees supporting, educating and holding your work, giving space to think about what is happening in and outside of the room.
