Hello, my name is Nicola. I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer counselling in a private, comfortable, relaxed space in a peaceful countryside setting where I extend genuine, non-judgemental, confidential counselling, working with you on a one to one basis. Through listening and supporting you, we will work together to explore and understand your difficult circumstances, worries and concerns to move towards a fresh perspective.
As an Integrative Counsellor I use three main approaches namely, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT for all age groups including children, teenagers and adults. I also provide creative therapeutic methods as well as Walk and Talk Therapy, if that is something you are interested in.
