Sometimes life can feel overwhelming or you might feel stuck in situations, relationships or thought patterns that are unhealthy. Having a non-judgemental, safe space in which to share these difficulties can be extremely helpful. In the therapy room we explore with curiosity, creativity and compassion and you can find your way towards greater authenticity, centredness or energy. This can be a short or long-term process during which we can work face-to-face or online.
I have experience working with clients on many challenges: anxiety and depression, past trauma, loss and grief, relationship problems, obsessive thought patterns and navigating life events or life stage transitions. I offer a free 15-minute introductory conversation online, which will enable us to meet and decide if we would like to work together.
The innate drive which every human has - to grow and increase their capacity - may not feel very present for you at the moment. But that is what has given you the courage to take the first step towards finding a solution to your difficulties. We will explore and expand this together.
