Livewell-therapy comes from the belief that we all have the potential to grow, to move forward at a pace that is unique to us.Sometimes, however, the path that we are on becomes bumpy and rough, and we find ourselves facing challenges, loss, feelings of uncertainty or a sense of being stuck. Counselling can be a hard and challenging process, it can also be a transformative and fundamentally liberating experience. I have successfully supported individuals through a variety of concerns including relationship/family/work, anxiety, depression, addictions, loss and bereavement. I have a background of EMDR and Rewind for trauma and PTSD.
I can help you explore the issues you are facing by providing a confidential, non judgmental safe space where we can work through your thoughts and feelings.My experience and professional training alongside the‘creative toolbox’ I have developed are combined with what you bring to the sessions, the base line however, is that you are always the expert of you.
