Having an experienced friendly professional to work with you, will give you the safe space to share and understand your difficulties. My non-judgemental approach will support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings in ways that suit you. We will have conversations to support you in understanding your emotions and behaviours and to empower you to define your own way forward. There will at times be humour - being able to laugh can provide much needed relief when life is not easy.
My practice will give you a bespoke and personalised approach tailored to your needs. Working with openness, honesty and integrity, with careful and attentive listening, I will be guided by you, working with you to help you find your way forward, in a confidential environment of openness, honesty and trust.
I am able to support those who have suffered abuse or trauma at any stage in life and am experienced in working with long-term physical and mental ill health and personal relationships. I have unique insight into supporting people who may be experiencing difficulties (both personally and in relationships) associated with dressing and transvestism.
