Life can be hard and sometimes certain moments, times, and actions can add to this. When this happens, it can be hard to talk about it and especially to the people close to us. Sometimes we just need to talk to someone in impartial, who will not judge and just listen. I am an Integrative/Person Centered based counsellor who has experience of working with people from the age of 12 to 70 and I am here to listen to you with no judgement. I have experience of working with people who have different mental health issues and disorders.
My approach is that we will talk together first about what has brought you to therapy and then explore together different ways to help you go forward. Some will work and some will not because we are all individuals and what works for one, doen't necessarily work for another, so we will work together to find the best way to help you move forward.
