Hi, I'm Nicola, an integrative counsellor, providing online and telephone counselling. I offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I have experience of working with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma and abuse, as well as grief, loss and bereavement. My approach is adaptable and shaped to fit your individual needs and situation, allowing us to collaboratively find a way forward that works for you.
The training and experience i have gained in the last 12 year, through my work as a counsellor and my work within mental health services, has allowed me to understand that one cap does not fit all. Which is why within our work together, you are the expert of your life, but together we can navigate whatever challenges your facing.
