Sometimes in life we experience difficult emotions or are troubled with our thoughts. We may repeat patterns of behaviour that are unhelpful for us but we can’t seem to find a new way of being. Talking therapy can be helpful as it gives you a safe space to explore what’s not working for you and find ways to overcome your difficulties so life is worth living again.
I am a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience helping people tackle their problems and develop new pathways in their lives so they can move on positively. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and I am trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also specialise in working with people who have experienced trauma.
