We can work together to reach your potential as a individual, allow your thoughts and feelings to become clearer & the mental dust to settle, perhaps make changes & move forward positively in a way comfortable to you.
I've worked in the mental health industry since 2003 & practiced as a counsellor since 2018. My experience is varied. I work with adults, children and young people & cover a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, self esteem, sexual abuse, bullying, trauma, family, intrusive thoughts & repetitive behavioural patterns
I am a person centred counsellor who works integratively; blending tools and techniques from other modalities e.g. CBT for your benefit & individual need. I practice face to face and on line and am based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. I believe we all have the capacity to grow and create a better life, let me accompany you on that journey
