Hello I'm Nickki If you are reading my Bio, then this can be for many reasons. What is important is you find the right therapist, this can be the key to your journey/progress, whether it’s for you or a family member. What-ever your reason, you have taken the first step (this can be the hardest) and you’re here! Who am I, I’m a mother or three teenagers and much more. In my professional role, I am an accredited integrative trauma therapist who’s trained in Transactional Analysis and has gone onto train in other models, such as EMDR, DDP, NLP and IEMT.
Humour & fun can be important aspects of the work, I can work creatively using different media and techniques within sessions because sometimes talking isn’t for everyone. What is it you want? Sometimes this can be unclear but this is a good place to start to gain some clarity. My session cost includes a additional weekly 15 minute T/C support session.
Therapy or coaching is not easy at times, but this doesn’t mean it’s not worth it. Whether you’re looking for direction to discover what you are capable of, or an issue you want to work through it’s my role to help you through this process with compassion, respect, honesty & a warm relational approach.
