I have experience of developing and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with people from a range of different backgrounds, cultures and experiences, supporting them with a wide range of issues. I have a particular interest in loss, grief and bereavement; men's issues; family, marriage and relationship concerns; anxiety and depression; going through transitional stages; ageing; and sexual and emotional abuse.
I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor, which means that I’m trained to support you by using a variety of approaches that best suit your needs. I believe this works well because your needs may well change over time, and I can be flexible enough to respond to those needs appropriately and tailor my approach to suit you best.
