Next Steps CBT is a psychotherapy counselling practice providing cognitive behavioural therapy for adults. I treat a range of mild to moderate mental health conditions including: Low mood or depression, and anxiety disorders such as GAD, panic, SAD, PTSD, phobias and OCD. I can also support people who are experiencing difficulties due to the impacts of a long-term health condition, changes in life circumstances, bereavement, or increased levels of work stress.
Therapy sessions can be delivered remotely via telephone calls and video links or in person, to suit your preference and lifestyle. I will align treatment plans with NICE guidelines, using appropriate treatment protocols and, most importantly, your individual goals for therapy.
