I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience (8 years in the NHS) working with individuals, couples and families who presented with different life circumstances: Low mood, anxiety, stress, depression, identity issues, PTSD, OCD, life changes, death, Neurodiversity problems, relationship and/or family problems, "life" guidance/support.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is paramount in a good outcome in therapy. We will work in this mutual alliance, and I will use the tools and skills learnt and developed over the years to tailor your needs.
