I work mainly in a person centred way which means I believe you are the expert on your life not me, even if you don't know this yet. My expertise as a person centred counsellor is in creating a warm, safe, encouraging relationship which empowers you & allows you to flourish. I do integrate useful aspects of psychodynamic, existential & CBT where appropriate.
Though new to private practise I have been using counselling skills in the public & charitable sector over 21 years. My kindness and making people feel peaceable is often remarked upon.
